Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of Jiri One business management software and subscription services.
Last updated: 24 August 2026 · Effective for all Jiri One workspaces
Acceptance of Terms
By creating a workspace, registering an account, or accessing the Jiri One platform (operated by Jiri Labs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
Subscriptions, 7-Day Trials, and Billing
7-Day Full Trial: Every new workspace automatically receives a 7-day full Growth trial without requiring a payment card. The trial provides complete access to accounting, VAT, inventory, and split payment workflows.
Paid Subscriptions: Subscriptions are offered under Starter, Growth, and Business tiers with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing includes 2 months free (~17% discount).
Preserved Data Upon Expiration: When a trial or paid plan expires, your accounting history and posted transactions remain intact in a read-only state. Jiri One does not delete your ledger history due to non-renewal.
User Responsibilities and Financial Records
Your organization is solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of Financial Data: Ensuring the accuracy of tax rates, customer PANs, invoice numbers, voucher journals, and inventory counts entered into the platform.
- Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of authorized staff login credentials and immediately revoking access for departed personnel.
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Filing statutory VAT returns, income tax disclosures, and financial statements with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) or relevant authorities.
Service Availability and Upgrades
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for business management workflows. Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours (Nepal Standard Time) with advance in-app notification whenever feasible.
We continually enhance features, security protocols, and Nepal calendar/tax capabilities. We do not degrade core accounting integrity during updates.
Limitation of Liability
Jiri One provides software tools to facilitate business operations and financial record keeping. The software does not constitute formal legal, tax, or certified auditing advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jiri Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, business interruption, or user data entry errors.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Jiri One shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
